Study Shows Sperm Is Antidepressant For Women
A recent study on female college students at the State University of New York in Albany suggests that exposure to semen may have a positive impact on women’s mood and help alleviate symptoms of depression.
The research found that women who did not use condoms during s*xual intercourse reported lower levels of depression compared to those who did, potentially due to the absorption of beneficial proteins, vitamins, and minerals present in semen.
One teaspoon of semen contains over 200 proteins as well as various nutrients such as vitamin C, calcium, and fructose.
