Desiigner Facing Possible Conviction After Admitting To Smoking Marijuana & Violating Pretrial Release

It’s not looking too good for Desiigner right now. The rapper allegedly admitted to breaking the terms of his pre-trial release in the case where he was accused of m*st*rbating on a plane in April.

Desiigner could face possible charges for the violation.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Desiigner’s probation officer told the court that the rapper reportedly admitted to using marijuana and then failed to show up for drug testing in July.

However, the PO is now requesting the judge to see if his pretrial release should be revoked.

Now, if you remember, when the incident first occurred, we reported Desiigner was charged with indecent exposure and was ordered not to have any contact with any alleged victims, abstain from alcohol, and refrain from using controlled substances.

He claimed the incident stemmed from mental illness.

As a result, Desiigners’ failure to show up to counseling sessions, failure to supply a P.O Box address for the probation department, and failure to sign his copayment agreement for drug testing could all lead to time behind bars. A judge has yet to rule.
