Fetty Wap Allegedly Damaged An Entire House With Smoke During Vacation Stay

Fetty Wap is in the midst of another legal case after being accused of trashing an LA vacation home with smoke smell.

He reportedly damaged the rental house so bad that the landlords claim they had to repaint the entire house because of the smell of smoke.

Landlords filed suit in June, claiming they had to have holes in the walls of the Hollywood Hills vacation home patched up, and have repairs done to the wood flooring, stairs, sinks, and vanities, among other things.

They also reportedly had to have the whole property repainted to get rid of the smell of smoke following the “Trap Queen” star’s three-month stay last year, during which he had no problem paying $35,000 a month in rent.

According to court documents obtained by ‘The Blast‘, they sued Wap for almost $171,000 in damages, but the 28-year-old, real name Willie Junior Maxwell II, appears to have ignored the legal action.

In the legal documents, they claims Fetty, “failed to observe and comply with the No Smoking provisions of the lease and as a result left cigarette burn marks on floors, carpets, sofas, and fixtures.”

They continued, “After Maxwell vacated the premises, we did a walkthrough of the premises. The smell of smoke was so bad that we had to re-paint the entire home. “
