Judge To Kodak Black “You’ve Been Doing Stupid Things Since You Were 15”
Judge Says Kodak Black Has Been Doing Stupid Things Since He Was 15
Kodak Black has been sentenced to 46 months in prison for falsifying information on gun application. And it appears the Judge sounded some warnings to the convicted rapper.
When he was asked if he has ever been convicted of a felony, Kodak reportedly ticked off “no” when filling out paperwork to obtain a firearm.
Meanwhile, back in 2016, he was indicted for criminal sexual assault, which is the reason why his application was flagged.
Upon his sentencing, he update his page with a Kevin Gates line “Hold It Down While I’m On Lock. Calling Shots From The Box.”

Considering that he received far less time than expected, Judge Federico Moreno still wanted to communicate that Kodak will need to keep things mature once he’s back on the street.
“Young people do stupid things,” said Moreno to the 22-year-old. “But the problem is that you’ve been doing stupid things since you were 15.”
Well, looking at history, the Judge isn’t wrong, Kodak has been linked to all sort of crimes since he was a teen.
And before his sentence was handed down, Kodak accepted responsibility for his crimes. “I’m sorry for the actions that led me for where I’m standing,” said the artist, who grew up in Pompano Beach’s Golden Acres housing development. “I do take full responsibility for my mishap.”
