Kevin Gates Shares Uplifting Message To Kodak Black
Kodak Black bagged 46 months imprisonment following falsifying information on gun application some months back. The rapper was arrested on his way to Rolling Loud festival where he was scheduled to perform.
Kodak is facing many legal issues, including a rape case which hasn’t been attended to, but for now, we won’t see or hear new works from him till 2022.
Unlike in previous time, where fellow artists and fans would start a campaign ‘FreeKodak’ it appears that his cup has run out and no one is standing up for him.
After bagging almost 4 years in prison, he updated his page with a ‘solid’ note and also addressed his fans using Kevin Gates lyrics. “Hold It Down While I’m On Lock. Calling Shots From The Box.”

And before his sentence was handed down, Kodak accepted responsibility for his crimes.
“I’m sorry for the actions that led me for where I’m standing,” said the artist, who grew up in Pompano Beach’s Golden Acres housing development. “I do take full responsibility for my mishap.”
“Young people do stupid things,” said Judge Moreno to the 22-year-old. “But the problem is that you’ve been doing stupid things since you were 15.”
Nevertheless, Kodak Black got full support from Kevin Gates who took to his instagram page to share uplifting words for the rapper following sentencing.
Kevin Gates posted a picture of Kodak with the caption “After All hardship All mighty #Allah grants us ease!!!! May your vacation be a peaceful journey and may you return Wiser,Stronger, and Greater than ever before – We love you Sir.”
