Roddy Ricch Expected To Dethrone Eminem On Next Week’s Chart
Roddy Ricch Is Expected To Reclaim The No. 1 Spot Next Week
Roddy Ricch is on a winning streak and ain’t slowing down for nothing. The 21-year-old started 2020 in a great way, topping two of the country’s main music charts.
Roddy’s hit song off the newly released album “The Box” defeated Justin Bieber’s “Yummy” to hit #1 on the Hot 100 chart and Selena Gomez had to beg her fans to be able to defeat Roddy.
In addition to earning his first-ever No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100, last week his album “Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial” returned to #1 on the Billboard 200 chart for a second nonconsecutive week.
He got bodied by Eminem this week as “Music To Be Murdered By” topped the Billboard chart but it appears Roddy will be dethroning Eminem and adding another seven days to his historic reign.
The rapper has officially spent the most time at the pole position of the Billboard Hot 100 this year with “The Box” spending much of this month at the No. 1 spot.
