Boy Accidentally Chokes Out Twerking Girlfriend On Live Video

A teen boy may have put himself in legal troubles after choking out his twerking girlfriend while on Instagram Live.

The teenager, who is reportedly from Dallas, TX, decided to create a video of his fun time with his girlfriend for his fans online.

His alleged girlfriend can be seen twerking on him, while he grabbed her by the throat and squeezed.

But the boy went overboard, and he squeezed her throat so tight, that she lost consciousness. The teen claimed on IG Live that it was all an accident but the viewers weren’t so sure, and they contact the Dallas police department regarding this incident.

According to reports circulating, the police are currently investigating the scene. It’s not clear what charges, if any, the 19 year old could face.

But in 2009, the Texas Legislature passed a new law making Family Violence Strangulation or Suffocation a felony punishable as a third-degree felony punishable by 2 to 10 years for the first offense or as a second-degree felony punishable by 2 to 20 years for subsequent convictions.
