Pop Smoke’s Childhood Friend Mike Dee Denies Setting Him Up

There have been lots of speculations on Pop Smoke’s death after rapper was shot and killed during a home invasion robbery.

Fans have been looking for who to point fingers at as the 20 year old was murdered in his rented house in the upscale Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles.

50 Cent and Nicki Minaj had earlier suggested that Pop was murdered as a result of jealousy but it was later revealed that the rapper unintentionally shared his home address on facebook story hours before his murder.

While speculations are still on, fans didn’t look far before accusing Pop Smoke’s childhood friend and housemate Mike Dee for setting him up.

When the rapper’s fans noticed that Mike had deleted posts and changed some of his captions after Smoke’s death became public, in addition to the fact that the two were together in the video where a portion of Smoke’s address is visible.

Another thing that sparked uproar among fans was that his whereabouts during the shooting are unknown. Mike Durodola didn’t hesitate to debunk the claims, posting several pictures of himself and Pop together, including one when they were children with a lengthy message to his accusers.
