Rapper Russ Celebrates Outselling Lil Wayne & Eminem

Rapper Russ is undeniably one of the hottest rappers out of Atlanta right now, although he is hated by many Hip Hop heads because he refuses to conform.

Russ whose real name is Russell James Vitale, is a rapper, singer, songwriter, author and record producer. He is known for his singles “What They Want” and “Losin Control”.

Russ’ guts has earned him a solid and loyal fan base. The rapper boasts of not getting co-signs from other top rappers nor “d*ck riding” rappers and the media for easy recognition, yet, he’s one of the most successful rappers out there.

The 27 year old rapper recently shared last week’s final Billboard sales totals, which show his name on top of some other notable new releases. Although his album was not streamed more often than Lil Wayne’s ‘Funeral’, which also debuted in the same week, ‘Shake The Snow Globe’ sold more pure copies than others.

He took to instagram to celebrate his album outselling Kesha and Louis Tomlinson, Eminem and Lil Wayne. “Most albums sold this week, Best fans in the world,” he captioned the chart post from Billboard.
