Future Bails His 17 Year Old Son Out Of Jail

We reported earlier that Future’s 17 year old son and first child Jacobi Wilburn has been arrested and is facing up to 20 years in prison over involvement in gang activities.

Jakobi Wilburn whom Future had with his ex Jessica Smith was found in possession of a gun with the serial numbers scratched off.

Jakobi was busted last month and was hit with charges of criminal gang activity, criminal trespass and the altered ID of a gun. Although he’s a teenager, in the state of Georgia a 17-year-old is considered an adult and he faces five to 20 years in jail on the one charge of gang activity alone.

According to new reports, the teen is out of jail and both his mother and father bailed him out.

Jakobi was released from jail on Tuesday. And while his father was not present to greet him, reports online has it that Future was the one who paid for the bail
