Kenneth Petty Discloses Nicki Minaj’s Address On Website

Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty was arrested by the Los Angeles District Attorney last week for failing to register as a sex offender in California although he was already registered in New York.

He was released on a $20,000 bond and was forced to hand over his passport and will be required to wear an ankle monitor upon his release.

According to The Blast, a hearing was held in L.A. court on Friday, where prosecutors told the judge that they were dropping the local charges against him. “The case was dismissed because he is facing a similar charge in federal court,” a rep for the D.A’s office explained. Kenneth is facing up to 10 years behind bars if convicted on a federal level.”

California has a law called Megan’s Law. Every person criminally convicted of a sex crime is forced to “register” online and disclose their current address. We did a quick search on the site and can confirm that Kenneth is currently registered.

What’s disturbing to many Nicki fans is that the address that Kenneth was forced to disclose – is Nicki Minaj’s Beverly Hills address. But we won’t be publishing the address.

According to the Megan’s Law site, Kenneth was convicted of the crime of “ATTEMPTED RAPE BY FORCE OR FEAR.”
