R&B star Summer Walker and her producer boyfriend London On Da Track made controversial headlines couple of weeks ago when a video of the singer yelling in pain as her boyfriend chokes her surfaced.

London commanded her to “say you love me” although the expression on Summer’s face certainly does not indicate that she is comfortable with his tight grip, and she repeatedly asks him to “stop.”

“it hurts. It’s supposed to be sexy, it hurts,” she replied while her neck grows stiffer. It is sexy,” London insists, with his palm still wrapped around her neck. He then pushes her away from him, still gripping her throat.

Well, according to MTO, Summer Walker has dumped her producer boyfriend London On Da Track following the viral ‘choke’ video. The media outlet shared that shortly after the video leaked, the two broke up. And it was Summer who dumped London.

A source reportedly said, “The couple split because London was “getting on Summer Walker’s nerves.” They decided to quarantine together, inside Summer’s Los Angeles pad, but within a few days, Summer was losing patience with her man.

The insider added that, “They love each other, but they can’t be all up under each other for too long. That [man] got on her nerves and so she cut him loose.” London was reportedly forced to move out of Summer’s home and the two are now officially single.

Not long after the ‘choke’ video went viral, Summer Walker came out to clarify things and according to her, London was just playing and wouldn’t hurt her in reality.

“London was playin y’all buggin, he would never try to really hurt me,” she wrote on her instagram story with the addition of a black heart emoji and the generally agreed-upon “SMH” emoji.
