Timbaland & Swizz Beats Announce Next Versus Battle Between Ludacris & Nelly
Timbaland and Swizz Beatz started VERZUZ couple of months back, a series of online battles with some of music’s biggest names as the coronavirus crisis continues.
The instagram live battle has been keeping us entertained amid the Coronavirus lockdown and it has been a great experience ever since.
Kicking off on the 25th of March, after the pair issued challenges to one another via a series of Instagram posts, the super producers decided that it would be better to take their beat battle to Instagram Live.
Well, in a recent live session, the veteran producers announced that the next Versuz battle will be between Ludacris and Nelly. “Ludacris versus Nelly next Saturday, Swizz Beats revealed.
“It’s not a f*cking game.. Versuz by the artists for the artists with the people,” he continued before screaming Jesus and Timbaland also responded shouting ‘ahaha’.
Christopher Brian Bridges, better known by his stage name Ludacris, is a rapper and actor. Ludacris is the founder of the Disturbing tha Peace record label. Ludacris has won Screen Actors Guild, Critics’ Choice, MTV, and 3 Grammy Awards.
Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., better known by his stage name Nelly, is a rapper, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, investor, and occasional actor from St. Louis, Missouri. Nelly embarked on his music career with Midwest hip hop group St. Lunatics in 1993 and signed to Universal Records in 1999.
