Nicki Minaj Has Fans Speculating On The Title Of Her Upcoming Album With Recent Tweet

Nicki Minaj was one time relegated and was forced to go on an abrupt retirement, claiming she wants to start a family with her husband Kenneth Petty. But it didn’t take long before she got back on her feet to claim her throne.

Nicki had a solid reign of over a decade until the emergence of new names to challenge her of the top spot which somehow made the game more competitive.

In recent years, we’ve seen more vibrant female rappers emerge including Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat to mention the top notches. Nicki however earned her very first #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with Doja Cat’s “Say So” remix.

Following her recent win with her collaborative effort on Tekashi 6ix9ine’s “Trollz” which also debuted at the top spot on the chart, she’s become the first female rapper to debut at the top of the charts in the 21st century. Lauryn Hill was the last female rapper to do this but as we stated, it only occurred back in 1998.

Nicki recently took to Twitter where she seemingly confirmed that her new album will be a sequel to the ever-popular Pink Friday, also hinting at the name of her new single.

“PF2,” Onika penned. Anyone following up with her career will be familiar with “Pink Friday” which is arguably the high point for her, introducing the world to her alter-ego Roman Zolanski.

“Memories,” she wrote in another tweet on what is likely to be the title of her next single.
