Megan Thee Stallion‘s shooting case with Tory Lanez keeps garnering reactions from folks online, including celebrities. And so far, the comments have been uplifting and as well savage trolling.
The likes of Wale and Lil Yachty sent love to the “Girls In The Hood” rapper on Twitter while others like 50 Cent only mocked her and Tory.
Chrissy Teigen recently joined the list of celebrities to react on the incident and surprisingly, she made an insensitive joke about Megan Thee Stallion.
Responding to a pun tweet that reads: “I have a Charles Manson joke and it kills,” Chrissy said, “I have a Megan Thee Stallion joke but it needs to be twerked on.”
Although, her joke doesn’t point at the shooting, it’s quite insensitive at this point in time. The renowned model however apologized following backlash on social media.
“I used the play on words with celeb and what they’re known for with Meg and twerking and I should have known that it’s not the right time especially for something so dumb and shitty and pointless as the joke was,” she tweeted.
John Legend’s outspoken wife continued, “Making anyone feel reminded of a terrible time or letting you guys down sucks be more than anything to me so I am so sorry to Megan and anyone who thought this was about the incident at all.”
