DJ Akademiks Warns Tekashi 6ix9ine To Stay Off The Streets
Akademiks Strongly Advises 6ix9ine To Avoid The Streets: “You Don’t Gotta Do This”
Tekashi 6ix9ine made his first appearance on the streets over the weekend, for the shooting of his new music video. Although he was with heavy security, he bragged about being in the streets contrary to what many believe, that his life will be at risk if he ever go to the streets.
The self acclaimed King of New York went as far as dissing dead rappers including XXXTENTACION, Nipsey Hussle and Pop Smoke.
“N***a why your favorite rapper dead with bullet holes in his face. Why your favorite rappers getting shot in the face and all that,” Tekashi said on Instagram live in a video. “I’m gonna keep security with me y’all ain’t gonna RIP me n***a. Y’all not gonna put me on a t-shirt”.
DJ Akademiks who appears to be 6ix9ine’s only loyal friend, isn’t too impressed with him hitting the streets and he offered some words of advice to his beloved pal. During a recent conversation on live, Ak asked 6ix9ine why he even bothered returning to the streets in the first place.
“I want you to be safe man,” the blogger began. “I know this as a fact, you getting too much money. You don’t gotta prove nobody wrong or nobody right. Today was a ballsy move. You out in the streets with people, but you don’t gotta be. You are one of the top five or top ten most successful artists in the music game.
“You don’t gotta do this.” Despite Ak’s obvious concern for his 6ix9ine’s safety, the outed rat doesn’t seem to care. Instead, he doubles down by singing Pop Smoke lyrics. “You don’t gotta go back to the hood ever,” AK insists, to no avail.
