Hotel Employee At Embassy Suites In Atlanta, Throws Hands With A Customer

Yesterday, a brawl broke out at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Galleria. In the video which has since gone viral, the incident started when a guiest at the hotel had a dispute with a front desk associate.

As the dispute got louder, other guests in the lobby pulled out their phones and captured the drama on video.

Unfortunately the argument that precipitated the fight wasn’t recorded. But in the video, it’s clear that the hotel front desk agent is wearing a mask – and the guest is not. There is speculation that the desk associate asked the woman to wear a mask, and she refused.

The hotel did release a public statement, however, claiming that employee was “threatened,” and that they called police.

They added that it was that call that led to the fight. After the employee was accosted, she fought back with a phone, hitting the guest’s head.

The desk clerk, who had minor injuries, is pressing charges. No security is on duty at the property, apparently, until 10 p.m. Watch the viral video below :
