Kanye West Congratulates Kamala Harris On Her Vice President Nomination
Kanye West Congratulates Kamala Harris: “It’s An Honor To Run Against You”
Kanye West‘s confidence on the upcoming election has been surprising. He’d earlier claimed that he is going to beat Biden through write-ins, alone. Write-ins are when the voter writes down a candidate’s name even if they aren’t actually on the ballot.
Earlier this week, Joe Biden picked Kamala Harris, a lawyer and politician serving as the junior United States Senator from California since 2017 as his running mate.
“I have the great honor to announce that I’ve picked @KamalaHarris — a fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants — as my running mate,” announced Biden on Twitter at the time.
Kamala Harris would become the first female, first Black and first Asian-American vice president in history if eventually elected.
Kamala Harris’ announcement has been met with mixed reactions from the people of United States. There are also reports that Kamala is not Black as her parents didn’t register her as a Black person on her birth certificate.
Taking to Twitter some moments ago, Kanye West who’s running for president under the ‘Birthday Party’ congratulated Harris on her vice president nomination.
“I know my mom and Kamala Harris would have been friends … congratulations on being the democratic Vice President nominee,” Ye tweeted. “All love and respect from the future president. It’s an honor to run against you.”
