Chance The Rapper Catches Heat For Telling People To Vote The Same As Their Mothers
Chance The Rapper has been vocal about his take on the coming election. Showing his support for Kanye West, Chance once questioned why people think Joe Biden is a better candidate than Kanye West.
He was however faced with backlash for his comments at the time and again, Chance is getting dragged on Twitter over his recent comments.
On Tuesday, Chance The Rapper tweeted that people should cast their votes in alignment with their parents. “Ask your mom who to vote for. Vote for who she say,” the rapper wrote on Twitter.

“And ion care what somebody quoted over my sh*t. Ya mama been thru alot. Ask them and trust them.” After reading through a few replies, Chance The Rapper added, “Yall worried bout everybody else mama, I said yo mama.”
He was slammed and was told that voters should think for themselves, not as their parents. Others accused the rapper of causing division to help Kanye West.
“Nobody should be asking any boomers for advice on how to vote,” a user replied. “Chance, really dude?? Stop doing this shit. You know who we need to vote for. It would be nice to see you using your platform to speak on that instead of promoting nonsense,” another user tweeted.

Don’t do this, look at the nominees policies and make the decision for yourself. If you decide to vote for trump stay home on November 3rd and boycott the election!

This is stupid. Don’t say stupid things, Chance. Especially so close to one of the most important elections. YOU may be safe as a rich black person in your big home, but us peasant blacks are struggling. Vote to make this country better. NOT BECAUSE YOUR MOTHER TOLD YOU TO.
