6ix9ine Insinuates DMX Told Him To Snitch

Tekashi 6ix9ine is not new to controversy, and during a recent interview with Billboard, 6ix9ine subliminally shaded Nicki Minaj whom they collaborated together on his #1 song “Trollz”. However, in the same interview, he insinuated that DMX encouraged him to snitch.

“I love that girl to death. When has Nicki ever had a No. 1 ’til this day?” the rapper asked, shading her for not having a solo number one track.

Then the interviewer said, “Say So,” mentioning the remix to Doja Cat’s record. “No, no no… I love Nicki. That’s my sister. I love her to death. Give me a Nicki single that’s been No. 1. Her record.”

During the same interview, Tekashi 6ix9ine says that rapper DMX told him to “do what you do,” while he was in prison contemplating whether or not to snitch on his co-defendants.

“Me and DMX was in full-blown conversations that whole time I was locked up. He was at MCC, he said, he put it like this, he said, quote-on-quote, ‘Baby boy, do what you got to do,'” Tekashi continued.

“And I’m on the jail phone cause he’s at MCC. He was just released one of the guys I was locked up with was celling with DMX at the MCC, the Manhattan Correctional Center in MCC. He got released, we stayed in communication, he like ‘Yo boy, do what you do.'”
