Barack Obama Sends A Congratulatory Message To LeBron James
There have been lots of reactions to LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers winning the Larry O’Brien trophy last night as they defeated the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. From gang signs accusations to Rick Ross getting trolled by Dr. Dre and Top Dawg.
Miami Heat somehow made a respectable comeback push but, LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and the Los Angeles Lakers secured the victory last night with a game six tally of 106-93.
LeBron and the Lakers team have since been receiving congratulatory messages from a wide variety of people, from celebrities to fans to other players. And just in time, former President Barack Obama has sent a congratulatory message to the NBA icon.

Barack Obama took to Twitter with a nice message for LeBron that spoke about his accomplishments both on and off of the court.
“Proud of my friend @KingJames for his fourth title, fourth Finals MVP, and for not only living up to the hype after seventeen seasons,” Obama penned.
He continued, “But surpassing it as an extraordinary leader both on the court and in the public arena fighting for education, social justice, and our democracy,” President Obama wrote.
In contrast, Trump blasted LeBron over the weekend, for getting too political. Trump claimed that LeBron is a spokesman for the Democrats and that he is also a hater.
