Snoop Dogg Responds To Eminem’s “Zeus” Diss
Snoop Dogg Subliminally Replies Eminem’s “Zeus” Diss
As very much expected, Eminem made controversial headlines following the release of the Side B to his highly accepted album ‘Music To Be Murdered By’.
On “Zeus”, Em apologizes to one of his most frequent collaborators Rihanna, for “siding” with Chris Brown after his 2009 assault of the singer, which he claims in a decade-old leaked song.
On the same track, the Detroit legend took aim at the one-and-only Snoop Dogg, who recently said that Eminem didn’t crack his list of the best ever rappers.
On “Zeus”, Em says this: “And, as far as squashin’ beef, I’m used to people knockin’ me/But, just not in my camp, I’m diplomatic ’cause I’m tryna be/Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me/Man, dog, you was like a damn god to me/Man, not really/I had “dog” backwards.”
Snoop has not directly responded to the diss but fans are convinced that his recent subliminal message from last week was actually his quasi-response to Eminem, and it low-key makes sense. Although he decides to make this more of a general message, Snoop wrote:
“Back in the day if someone hated you, it meant you did something WRONG now a days it means you did something RIGHT!!”
