DJ Akademiks Says 6ix9ine’s Feature Request Was A Prank Call
Akademiks Says 6ix9ine Didn’t Ask Benny The Butcher, Kid Trunks Or Anyone For A Feature
Tekashi 6ix9ine has been trying to bounce back from his set back. It was previously reported that 6ix9ine’s team had reached out to DJ Envy for a 4 AM check-in. Later, Benny The Butcher revealed that 6ix9ine’s team reached out to him for a collaboration.
“Tekashi Manager hit me up and ask me was interested in doin a song with his client,” Benny tweeted.
“What u think I said ?” He then shared a poll, in which the options are as follows: “No” and “Fuck No,” the latter of which currently holds a commanding ninety-five percent lead.

Not long after, Kid Trunks shared a similar message to his Instagram page, writing, “So this man Tekashi just hit me for a feature what do you think I said?” Again, he offered the same two options as Benny.
However, according to Akademiks, Tekashi 6ix9ine doesn’t need a feature from them. Ak actually went as far as shading the two artists by claiming that they might need the Lil Ak stimulus package.
“6ix9ine ain’t ask none of these n***as for features lol… that was a prank call.. the prank dude did it on clubhouse.. just to show how ppl will clout chase w anything,”
“N btw… no diss but if 59 finna ask for a feature why not ask drake, baby or roddy ricch,” AK continued. “Some of the people saying they got asked… might need a feature from Lil AK at this point.”
