Cardi B Looking To Lock Down The Rights To The Phrase “Bardi Beauty”
Cardi B’s ‘Washpoppin Inc’ Company Files Legal Docs To Lock Down The Rights To The Phrase “Bardi Beauty” For Her Beauty Line
Cardi B is working to expand her empire as the superstar is reportedly tapping into the beauty industry.
According to TMZ, the rapper’s company, Washpoppin Inc., recently filed legal docs to lock down the rights to the phrase “Bardi Beauty.”
The news site reports that she wants to put the catchy phrase on a ton of different glam products including fragrances, haircare, skincare, nail polish, nail enamel, beauty brushes, and more.

It was also noted that the docs actually include Cardi’s signature with her real name, of course, Belcalis Almanzar — as the CEO of Washpoppin.
Last week, Cardi was criticized by Funk Flex who thinks the Bronx native is a terrible rapper. “I do think Cardi B is a terrible rapper, my n***a, I just do, man,” he told host Najichill during the show.
“She’s an amazing entertainer, I love her on social media, I love the way she talks about a subject, I like her whole swag, I like everything.”
He continued, “She’s a terrible rapper, man. I don’t know. Even if somebody [else] wrote [her songs], those aren’t good bars. So somebody sold you bad bars! Is nobody gonna f*cking say it?”
