Saweetie On Giving Back Gifts From Ex: “If It’s Mine, It’s Mine”

On Friday (June 11), Migos dropped their highly anticipated album, Culture III. On the effort, there’s a track with Quavo, Offset and Takeoff, also featuring Drake, called “Having Our Way,” in which Quavo hints at retracting the gift he gave to an ex.

Towards the end of Quavo’s verse, he rhymes, “She had it her way, now she out of a Bentley (Skrrt)/(Skrrt, skrrt, get out, ooh).”

Although he didn’t name-drop anyone, fans are convinced that Quavo is referring to Saweetie, his ex girlfriend.

While Saweetie has not approached the topic on social media, she responded to a question during her Complex interview how she likely reacted to having her car allegedly taken away.

The ‘Icy Girl’ rapper was asked if somebody should give back their gifts after they break up, to which she responded, “I mean… If it’s mine, it’s mine.”

The interviewer noted that she was wearing a Birkin bag that Quavo bought her during their talk.
