Nipsey Hussle’s Alleged Killer Eric Holder’s Trial Date Delayed Until December
Eric Holder’s Trial Date May Be Delayed Until December
Couple of years back, Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed in Los Angeles. The superstar rapper was shot dead right in front of his clothing store in West Hollywood. However, the trial of Eric Holder, the man who allegedly killed Nipsey, may be delayed until December.
Holder who has pleaded not guilty, now has a new lawyer and he says that things are probably going to be pushed back.
“A lot of the work was done by my predecessor,” Public Defender Aaron Jansen told the Daily News. “Hopefully, by the end of the year, maybe early December, we can go to trial.”

Holder is facing one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one count of felony possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting.
“He does have a significant mental health history. One of the things affecting him [in March 2019] was that his mother had just passed away. He was pretty despondent,” Jansen says.
“He’s in good spirits,” Jansen adds. “He wants me to send him some books. He’s so isolated [in custody]. He doesn’t get out of his cell much, only one day a week for a few hours to play basketball alone.”
