Actor Idris Elba and wife Sabrina Dhowre are expecting their first child together, and we couldn’t be more delighted for them.

According to a person closely affiliated with Sabrina, the couple had been trying for a baby for almost a year – and it finally happened.

Sabrina’s pal explained, “They are so over the moon with happiness, especially Sabrina.” The friend confirmed that Sabrina, a former beauty pageant winner – is “about four months: along.

Idris has two children, son, Winston Elba and daughter Isan Elba, from previous relationships.

The couple, who married in 2019 after meeting in 2017, kept their family plans pretty private up until now with none of Sabrina’s social media posts giving any indication that a baby might be on the way
