Pooh Shiesty Asks Judge To Leave Out Crimes He Committed As A Child From Trial
Rapper Pooh Shiesty is asking a judge to prevent past crimes he committed when he was as young as 11 years old from being presented in his upcoming trial.
Shiesty was arrested in connection with a shooting in Bay Harbor Islands that left two men hospitalized.
According to documents obtained by The Shade Room, Shiesty’s attorneys argue the government has intentions of introducing evidence against their client exclusively under Rule 404(b), which states that evidence of other acts are admissible to show “opportunity, intent, knowledge, or absence of mistake.”

The outlet reports that the assault case happened when Shiesty was just 14 and the other is a robbery case that occurred when the rapper was only 11 in the sixth grade. He wants them both to be left out.
One of the victims said they had met Shiesty at the location to sell the rapper a pair of Air Jordan 4 shoes.
The second victim said he met with the rapper to sell him some weed and receive a payment for a lime green McClaren they had rented to him, the police report said.
