Woman Kills Pregnant Friend With Brick And Steals Baby From Womb

A twisted Brazilian woman has been sentenced to 57 years in prison after she beat her pregnant friend to death with a brick in order to steal her unborn baby.

According to the NY Post, 27-year-old Rozalba Maria Grime, lured her friend Flavia Godinho Mafra, who works as a 24-year-old teacher,  to a pottery back in 2020 with the intentions of killing her.

She then hit her with a brick multiple times before cutting open her stomach and ripping out her baby. Mafra was 36 weeks pregnant at the time and died from a hemorrhage.

What is even more insane is that Grime went with her boyfriend and told him that she had just given birth. On her Instagram, she also has pictures where she seems to be posing with a fake belly. However, hospital staff did not believe her and called the cops.

Her boyfriend was found to have had no involvement with the crime.

During her 15-hour trial, she admitted to the court that she had done extensive research on how to remove a baby from a woman’s womb and that she had done research to mimic pregnancy symptoms.

Subsequently, she was convicted of attempted murder, attempted murder, concealment of a corpse, obstruction of justice, and denial of a newborn’s rights.
