Woman Sues Chris Brown For $20M, Claims He Drugged & Raped Her On Yacht Near Diddy’s Florida Home

Chris Brown is being sued for $20 million after a woman filed a lawsuit, claiming he drugged and raped her on a yacht near Diddy‘s Florida home in December 2020.

According to TMZ, Jane Doe is suing the singer after claiming — in a matter of minutes — he went from being friendly to raping her.

On December 30, 2020, Doe claims she was on Facetime with her friend, who was with Brown at Diddy’s home on Miami’s Star Island. Doe says the singer urged her to come through.

Upon her arrival, the woman says she and Brown were on a yacht, when the singer approached her and asked if she wanted a drink, while motioning her to the kitchen. Doe says Brown gave her a red cup with a mixed drink, they began talking, and then he filled her cup a second time.

Doe says she began to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness,” feeling “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.”

She then claims Brown led her into a bedroom, barred her from leaving, and proceeded to remove her bikini bottoms and begin kissing her. Doe says she mumbled for the singer to stop, but claims he persisted and raped her. Allegedly Brown ejaculated inside of her, jumped up and said he was “done.”

The next day, Doe says Brown demanded she take a Plan B, which she did. Now, she is suing him for $20 million in damages, alleging rape and severe emotional distress.
