Jennifer Hough Voluntarily Dismisses Her Harassment Lawsuit Against Nicki Minaj
Nicki Minaj Harassment Lawsuit Dropped by Husband Kenneth Petty’s Alleged Rape Victim
Nicki Minaj now has one less thing to worry about now that a lawsuit against her has been dismissed.
Jennifer Hough, the woman who accused the rap star and her husband Kenneth Petty of intimidating and harassing her, has voluntarily dismissed her case against Minaj.
Hough’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn said in an exclusive statement to @theshaderoom, “This does not mean that Nicki Minaj is in the clear, in fact, she’s probably in a worst position now than prior to when the case started.” Tyrone also noted that this dismissal does not mean Nicki won’t be involved in the case moving forward.

Kenneth Petty’s accuser, Jennifer Hough, filed a lawsuit against him and Minaj, accusing them of harassment to retract her allegations that Petty raped her in a 1994 incident.
At the time, Minaj’s team claimed Hough was just looking for financial gain from the lawsuit while Hough maintained her claim of harassment, witness intimidation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress from Minaj and Petty.
Following Nicki’s win, Judd Burstein, told TMZ that Jennifer and her lawyers thought they could shake Nicki down for some easy money, trying to financially settle it from the beginning.
