Driver Intentionally Struck & Killed Woman With His Truck So He Could Have Sex With Her Body In Michigan

A Michigan man was recently arraigned after he intentionally struck and killed a woman with his truck, so that he could have sex with her body.

It’s reported that 29-year-old Colby Martin, of White Pigeon, MI, struck a female jogger on September 20, 2021. He proceeded to move her body to a wooded area and allegedly committed sex acts.

The next day, Martin led investigators to the site after they first encountered him at a Walmart in Oshtemo Township with severe front-end damage to his 2013 Ford F-150. He was arrested, charged with manslaughter and concealing a body, and was freed on $300,000 bond.

However, he was again arrested, this time at his girlfriend’s home in Big Rapids, after officials discovered new DNA evidence and suspecting search history — which included pornography involving dead or unconscious women.

Authorities say, he was also in possession of the victim’s cell phone. Martin was returned to custody and denied bond, along with an added murder charge.

He’s currently being held in the Van Buren County jail, pending further legal action.
