Viral Video Shows Off Duty Cop Kneeling On 12 Year Old Girl’s Neck In School Cafeteria

A viral video is currently under investigation after an off-duty Kenosha Police officer was caught on video kneeling on a 12-year-old girl while breaking up a fight.

The fight took last Friday at Lincoln Middle School where two girls were fighting in a cafeteria.

Video footage shows the aftermath of the fight but it is unclear what caused it. Moments later, the off-duty police officer who was working as a school security guard restrains one of the girls after pulling them apart then falls on the ground.

He places her face down and kneeled on her neck but the video ends from there.

The girl’s father said his daughter sustained a neck sprain and a head injury. “That man treated my daughter like she was a felon. Like she was an armed felon. She’s 12 years old. No weapon in her hand. There was no reason for that force through his knee on her neck. When I saw that video, that’s all I seen.

That’s all I could think about was George Floyd. Just imagine if he stayed on her neck a few more seconds or a minute, and he would have killed my daughter. This cannot keep happening,” he explained to WISN.
