Amber Heard’s Sister Whitney Henriquez Says She’s Proud Despite Verdict

Amber Heard’s sister Whitney Henriquez is breaking her silence just days after the actress took a major loss in the defamation trial that was brought upon by her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.

Whitney who testified on her behalf during the big, televised trial offered her support for her big sister on Instagram Sunday. She said,

“I still stand with you, sissy. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow I will always be proud of you for standing up for yourself, for testifying both here in Virginia and in the UK, and for being the voice of so many who can’t speak to the things that happen behind closed doors,” wrote Whitney, 34.

“We knew that this was going to be an uphill battle and that the cards were stacked against us,” she continued.

“But you stood up and spoke out regardless. I am so honored to testify for you, and I would do it a million times over because I know what I saw and because the truth is forever on your side.”

In another news, Amber Heard is is reportedly “hurting for cash” now that a heap of legal fees have amassed since her ex-husband Johnny Depp won his defamation at a Virginia court earlier this week.

As previously reported, the Edward Scissorhands star is looking to receive a whopping $10.4 million from Amber, but according to the New York Post, the “broke” Aquaman star is in no financial state to cover either of her fees.
