Australian Woman Wakes Up From Coma, Learns Boyfriend Moved In With Another Woman & Blocked Her On Social Media

A 25-year-old Australian woman named Brie Duval is having to recall the moment she woke up from a coma to learn how her boyfriend moved in with another woman and blocked her on all social media platforms.

While Duval battled a four-week coma, plus another five months for treatment, her boyfriend ghosted her.

Duval says before her horrific coma-inducing accident, she was living her best life. She had moved from her home country of Australia to Canada and was working at her dream job, and living with her boyfriend of four years.

Things came crashing down on August 29, 2021 when she went out with friends and ended up falling headfirst from a parking garage.

The Perth, AU native was placed on life support with a traumatic brain injury and multiple broken bones.

Duval was in a coma for four weeks and doctors told her mother that she only had a 10% chance of surviving. Miraculously, she woke up from her coma and began showing signs of improvement.

But things took another turn when she grabbed her phone and saw a message from her boyfriend’s new girlfriend telling her she moved him out and into her home with her son.
