Dame Dash Says Kanye West Is The Greatest Artist To Represent Roc-A-Fella Records, Not Jay-Z

In a recent interview, Dame Dash was asked to give his opinion on who the greatest artist to come out of Roc Nation is.

“If it’s a choice between Jay and Kanye, I’m going with Kanye. All day, every day,” he said.

“He’s more creative. If it’s about—now, I can speak on that because, you know, I worked with both of them, right? You know, Kanye is a true artist and he does it for the art and Jay-Z does it for the money. It’s two different things,” Dash continued.

In the same interview, Dame spoke about the betrayal he felt from Jay-Z over the Roc-A-Fella dealings.

“That was my n-gga, like we never argued, nothing,” he said. “That’s why I didn’t know it was coming. … That was some real slick sh-t. I was like, ‘That n-gga’s cold. He’s cold.”

At one point, fans thought the pair would be able to reconcile…but this beef seems as if it will never end.

For a year, the two businessmen were in a legal battle after Dame Dash attempted to auction Jay-Z’s “Reasonable Doubt” album as a non-fungible token (NFT). They however reached a settlement in the lawsuit.
