Dirty Tay Claims He’s Innocent Following Toddler Shooting Allegations

Dirty Tay, a rapper signed to Lil Baby’s 4PF label, denied allegations that he shot a 3-year-old toddler in Atlanta.

Dirty Tay was arrested during a traffic stop on Friday after being sought out by the cops for allegedly shooting the child in the head on August 3.

Cops say the child was in the barbershop with his father. When his father walked out of the barbershop and began to drive away, a car followed them before pulling up to their side and firing into the vehicle.

The toddler was hit in the head by a bullet but survived and is in stable condition in the hospital.

He has been charged with criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, first-degree cruelty to children and gang-related charges.

Tay took to social media to plead his innocence.

“I’m innocent,” Dirty Tay wrote on Instagram Story. “The news is not always right don’t bash me because of allegations.”
