Takeoff’s Alleged Killer Lil Cam Arrested By Houston Police

Lil Cam, the man who Black Twitter is convinced is responsible for killing Migos rapper Takeoff, was taken into custody this week.

According to new reports reaching us at Dreddsworld, Lil Cam, real name Joshua Cameron, was arrested and charged with illegally carrying a firearm.

He is currently in the Harris County jail, and while there on unrelated charges. He is being questioned by detectives with respect to the Takeoff shooting.

Lil Cam was out on bail for previous charges, and was released in April of this year. This latest warrant serves as a violation of the terms of his existing bond.

Lil Cam has become a person of interest in the case, after sleuths on Black Twitter claim that the video footage shows that Lil Cam may have been the trigger man, who fired the fatal shots at the Migos member.

We reviewed the footage, and could not conclusively say that the footage showed Lil Cam firing the shots.

Takeoff was an American rapper. He was best known as a third of the hip hop trio Migos along with his uncle Quavo and first cousin once removed Offset. On November 1, 2022, Takeoff was shot and killed in Houston, Texas.
