Nipsey Hussle’s Family In Custody Battle For Emani With His Baby Mama Tanisha Foster

Nipsey Hussle’s family will appear in court once again to attempt a settlement with his Child’s Mother Tanisha Foster over custody of their 13-year-old daughter Emani.

According to court documents, Nipsey’s brother Sam & his sister Samantha informed the court that they scheduled an upcoming mediation with Tanisha for November 30th.

The mediation will result in a settlement that is the subject of any and all interested persons and parties interests. The settlement may also result in an agreement for the distribution of assets of the Estate of Ermias Asghedom or a result in an award of attorney’s fees to one or more parties.

Reports say that Nipsey’s brother Sam went on to mention about an incident where Tanisha allegedly assaulted another person in front of Emani.

After an investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services happened, the behavior endangered Emani’s well being, and because of that Ms.

Foster was absolutely unfit to act as a guardian of the estate, nor being able to manage Emani’s inheritance which is expected to exceed over $2,000,000.

As of now, A hearing has been set for January if a deal is not reached during mediation.
