Lesbian Couple Who Squatted Threw Feces At Florida Homeowner & Caused $38K In Damages

A Florida homeowner is speaking out about her terrible experience with a lesbian couple who involuntarily moved into property and refused to live without a fight.

According to the NY Post, two female squatters and their pit bulls shacked up in a Florida rental property for more than a month, causing nearly $40,000 in damage and attacking the homeowners by flinging a brick and human poop at them.

Patti Peeples and Dawn Tiura, co-owners of a rental home in Jacksonville, learned that their property was being overtaken when they sent a maintenance person to prepare the house for a potential sale. He noticed a pit bull and her puppies chilling on the porch and immediately called Patti to inform her about the unwanted guests.

Patti believes the couple moved in in March after the previous tenant moved out. When approached by Patti, the couple claimed that they were scammed by Zillow and had already paid the first month’s rent and the pet fee, but that was true. ‘I said: “This is a fraudulent lease, the house is not for rent,’ Peeples told Fox News’ Lawrence Jones Cross Country.

Patti and Dawn tried to kick the couple out on several occasions, but were unsuccessful. One of the women shoved Peeples out of her own home. One also threatened to ‘break your phone’ if Patti didn’t leave, and a clip showed the woman threatening to call the police.

“We were driving by at night, and they threw a brick at my car and damaged it, and we had the window partway down, and they threw human feces into the car,” Peeples told Fox News.

It took more than a month before they could evict the women from the home, but the two women had left around $38,000 of damage behind as they ripped down drywall, smashed tiles, and ripped doors off their hinges. Among the wreckage were ripped-out cabinets, holes punched in the wall, the washer and dryer were missing and dog poop was spread throughout the property.
