Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour Estimated To Make $3 Billion, Biggest Tour In Human History

Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour Estimated To Make $3 Billion, Biggest Tour In Human History

Beyonce is embarking on her new Renaissance tour, and it’s historic for a bunch of different reasons. First off, it’s Beyonce, and she’s historic in her own right.

According to new reports reaching us at Dreddsworld, Bey’s new tour is estimated to be the biggest tour in human history.

*Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour is estimated to rake in nearly $2.1 billion, according to Forbes. That would be roughly $500 million more than the $1.6 billion Taylor Swift is expected to earn from her current tour, “Eras.”

And that doesn’t include merchandising or streaming rights to the concert, which will likely push that number closer to $3B.

Forbes notes that the estimates are based on the most optimistic assumptions of the number of fans buying tickets and high average ticket prices of about $700. “Renaissance,” according to the outlet, could gross between $275 million and $2.4 billion from tickets alone by the time it wraps in September.

Forbes contributor Peter Cohan believes Beyoncé is likely to surpass $1 billion in lifetime gross ticket sales by the time she collects her “Renaissance” checks.

Billboard reported that she “has grossed $767.3 million and sold 8.9 million tickets across 375 shows, including those with Jay-Z and the Verizon Ladies First Tour, a co-headline run with Missy Elliott and Alicia Keys in 2004.”
