Casanova and Jarrett “Jayecee” Crisler, got into an altercation with a member of the Crips outside of the King of Diamonds on October 24.
The Crip took offense to the gang signs Casanova was flashing. Crisler, a member of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation, then allegedly shot the gang member and his associate.
Cas admitted to being the shooter in a July 5, 2020, incident at a Florida party involving other gang members. During the dispute, Casanova fired at a rival over a gambling disagreement. Cass also copped to his involvement in a 2018 robbery in Manhattan that left a woman named Niya Rucker severely injured.
In November 2021, Casanova pleaded not guilty to an attempted murder charge as his co-defendant is in talks to accept a plea deal.
