Ja Morant Suspended Again After Flashing Gun On IG Live
Ja Morant Has Been Suspended From All Team Activities After Another Gun-Flashing Video Surface Online
As we reported earlier, Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant is currently trending after flashing gun on Instagram live again during a car ride.
Two months after he was suspended for flashing a firearm on social media, the guard is once again heading down a dark path by brandishing a gun in another video over the weekend.
The Grizzles announced Sunday they were suspending Morant from all team activities and the NBA said it is investigating after yet another video emerged of Morant briefly holding a weapon, this time on an associate’s Instagram Live broadcast.

“We are aware of the social media video involving Ja Morant,” the Grizzlies said in a statement Sunday. “He is suspended from all team activities pending League review. We have no further comment at this time.”
“We are aware of the social media post involving Ja Morant and are in the process of gathering more information,” the NBA added.
After the first incident, Ja Morant said he was only trying to feel ‘free’ and ‘escape’. “Honestly, I feel like we put ourselves in that situation with our past mistakes, and now it’s only right that we focus in and lock in on being smarter and more responsible, holding each other accountable for everything,” Morant told Jalen Rose.
“I feel like in the past we didn’t know what was at stake. And now finally me having that time to realize everything, have that time alone, I realize that now. The gun wasn’t mine. It’s not who I am. I don’t condone any type of violence, but I take full responsibility for my actions,” he added.
