Kroy Biermann Called The Police On Kim Zolciak For Refusing To Leave Their Bathroom So He Could Shower

It’s no secret that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann decided to call it quits when it comes to their marriage, and judging from the new details released leading up to their divorce, this marriage is done.

According to documents obtained by Radar, Kroy called the police on Kim days before both parties filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage.

In the documents, it said Kroy contacted law enforcement on May 2 around 10:23 p.m. and was the first to speak with police when they arrived to the house.

Cops believed they were responding to a domestic dispute, but Kroy let it be known that nothing physical had happened. The reason for the verbal dispute was reportedly caused by Kim “refusing to leave” the bathroom when Kroy wanted to shower.

Kim claims Kroy started “shouting at her” and “telling her to leave” their house. Kim also claimed he”would stand in the doorway” and block her, and he allegedly tried “chest bumping” her.

Kroy has been adamant that nothing physical happened to date. “She was advised to call the police if any of those offenses or any other ones occurred,” the report stated, noting that she should go to a neighbor’s house if any other situations like this happen.

Kim told them she didn’t want get any outside parties involved, due to their status. Police advised Kim to separate from Kroy for the night “so things wouldn’t escalate.”
