Faith Rodgers Demands R. Kelly Turn Over Medical Information & Answer Questions About Their Sexual Past Under Oath In Court

R. Kelly can’t catch a break. One of his victims, Faith Rogers, wants him to turn over some of his medical information.

Rogers accused Kelly of allegedly failing to disclose any medical concerns to her before having sex with her.

According to Radar Online, Rogers, who initially sued the singer in 2018, is asking a judge to assist her with retrieving Kelly’s medical records.

Not only does she want his medical records, but Rogers is asking that the judge have Kelly answer several questions under oath and that he turn over a list of any financial institutions in which he has accounts.

Furthermore, if granted, Kelly will have to present a list of all credit cards used from 2017-2019, all the names of any medical professionals he used.

And lastly, Rogers is demanding that he state each and every hospital or clinic that he was a patient from January 2017- January 2019.

Although the judge has yet to rule, Rogers ultimately asked that Kelly admit that he gave her herpes and forced her to have sex with him without her consent
