Nicki Minaj Uses ‘White’ Barbie Doll To Depict Herself In ‘Barbie World’ Music Video

Nicki Minaj is currently facing backlash from a lot of her Black fans following her choice of dolls in her new music video Barbie World.

Nicki has been racing up the charts recently, and she now appears poised to regain her throne as the best female rapper in the world.

But it appears she may have just hit stumbling block. Last night she released her latest video, with Ice Spice for their latest track Barbie World – and the song is definitely a BOP. The video is pretty much flames also.

Unfortunately there was one part of the video that has her fans upset. Nicki chose a “White” barbie doll to depict herself.

It was especially blatant given that Nicki clearly chose an ethnic doll to depict Ice Spice – who is half Black and half Latina.

Compare the doll Nicki chose, with the one that the videographers used for Ice Spice. Nicki’s doll is clearly caucasian, and Ice Spice’s doll is clearly ethnic.

“All of the beautiful Black women, past and present and she and Lil Kim use wyt women for their inspiration. Brainwashed,” a fan commented.
