G Herbo Facing 20 Years In Prison After Admitting To Participating In Wire Fraud Scams To Fund His Career
G-herbo is reportedly facing up to 20 years in prison for his involvement in a wire fraud scheme.
The rapper plead guilty to wire fraud and lying to U.S. Secret Service agents after being indicted by a federal grand jury in Springfield in 2020. He was charged along with five co-defendants.
Luckily, due to his admission of guilt, it is believed that he will likely get a far lower sentence — potentially including a term of probation, court records say.

He was charged in federal court along with rap promoter Antonio Strong, who fleeced individuals and business owners for more than $150,000 after renting private jets, luxury yachts, an island in Jamaica and buying pricey “teacup” puppies to raise G-Herbo’s profile and to advance his own career.
Just last week, the Chicago cops arrested Herbo in connection with a gun bust. Law enforcement sources tell us Herbo was busted around 5:45 PM near North Wabash Avenue and East Ontario Street, where cops say they found a gun.
According to cops, Herbo was arrested and booked for misdemeanor unlawful use of a weapon in a public place.
Herbo has since bonded out and will have to appear in court at a later date, which could cause another setback in his rap career.
