NeNe Leakes’ Oldest Son Bryson Unable To Afford Attorney In Fentanyl Case
NeNe Leakes’ Oldest Son Bryson Will Reportedly Appear In Court With Public Defender
NeNe’s oldest son, Bryson Bryant, just can’t catch a break. If you remember we previously reported on Bryant’s arrest after police found fentanyl in his possession.
Since then, a charge has been added due to him giving a false name to law enforcement.
The crime reportedly happened early that morning around 1 am at a home in Lawrenceville, GA. Police say Bryant was “evading police and claiming he knew the people that lived at the residence, which was false.” Upon searching Bryant they then discovered the drugs.

Bryant’s bond was set to $5.9k where he was released later that day. But according to legal documents obtained by Radar Online, it looks like he might be out of a legal counsel for his upcoming appearance in court.
Sources tell us that due to Bryant being unable to afford an attorney, he has been provided one by the court. In the legal documents, Bryant informed the court that he needed appointed counsel because he was “financially unable to employ an attorney”.
The documents also show that in the filing, Bryant was listed as an indigent defendant, in legal terms this stands for “needy or poor”.
Bryant will still have to appear in court later this month with or without a representing attorney.
