Jamie Foxx Addresses Fans, He’s Better Now And Is Not A Clone

Legendary actor Jamie Foxx is back, after suffering a stroke nearly three months ago. Jamie had been the subject of many rumors – including that the actor “died” and was a “clone.”

The Oscar winner, 55, fought back tears as he divulged on the “hellish” experience he went through in an emotional video on Instagram Friday night.

“I went through something I thought I would never, ever go through,” Foxx said, informing his 16 million followers he’s not “blind” or “paralyzed.”

“I know a lot of people were waiting or wanting to hear an update, but to be honest with you, I didn’t want you to see me like that, man,” he admitted with tears in his eyes.

“I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying, cracking a joke, doing a movie or a television show. I didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”

The actor didn’t disclose his illness, but is finally “on the road to recovery.” Foxx praised his sister Deondra Dixon and daughter Corinne Foxx, 29, for saving his life.

“Thank u a billion to everybody… been a long road but all the prayers great people and God got me through,” Jamie wrote in the caption.
