Jimmie Allen Sues Woman Who Accused Him Of Sexual Abuse For Ruining His Career
Married Singer Jimmie Allen Countersuing Woman Who Accused Him Of Sexual Abuse
According to Radar Online, country singer Jimmie Allen is countersuing the Jane Doe who sued him back in May for allegedly sexually abusing her before breaking things off after he claimed he wanted to work things out with his wife.
The unknown woman, who was Jimmie’s former business partner, claims that Jimmie hired her straight out of college and immediately following a taping at American Idol back in 2021, the two went out to eat and for drinks that led to her passing out.
The woman claims that she only remembers waking up undressed and recalls bleeding from her vagina.

Jimmie is now countersuing this woman and claims that their relationship was “consensual” until he decided to end things and work on his marriage. He has also asked a judge to dismiss all claims against him.

He was signed to Broken Bow Records imprint Stoney Creek, for which he released the two singles “Best Shot” and “Make Me Want To” and the 2018 album Mercury Lane.
In 2021, he won the Country Music Association Award for New Artist of the Year, the second black artist to do so (in 2009, Darius Rucker was the first). Allen was dropped by Broken Bow in June 2023 amid sexual assault allegations.
